Thank GOD for Dirty Dishes,
They have a tale to tell.
While others may go hungry,
We are eating very well.
With home and health and happiness,
I shouldn't want to fuss.
For by this stack of evidence,
GOD's been very good to us.

I came across this in my cookbook "Not just beans" . It seemed appropriate for me at the time and I thought I'd share it.
